Platform Policy

Lightbridge is a private community built on trust. These rules ensure that every member has a safe, productive, and valuable experience. Violation of these policies may result in warnings, suspension, or termination of membership at Lightbridge's discretion.
1. Collaboration and Contribution
Members engage in intentional, high-trust collaboration between families and family offices. Active participation is expected. Lightbridge is not a passive directory. Members are expected to contribute to the community through deal sharing, knowledge exchange, event participation, or peer introductions.
2. Confidentiality
All information shared on the platform stays on the platform. Member identities, deal details, investment strategies, and discussions may not be shared outside Lightbridge without written consent from the parties involved. This obligation applies during and after membership.
3. No Solicitation
Direct contact with members introduced through Lightbridge requires prior consent. Do not solicit, pitch, or cold-contact members outside of facilitated introductions. This includes unsolicited emails, calls, or messages referencing information obtained through the platform.
4. Respect and Professionalism
Members communicate directly and respectfully, and treat others' time as valuable. Bring thoughtful, high-quality opportunities and collaboration requests. No deal dumping, promotional content, or self-serving pitches.
5. Accuracy and Good Faith
Members are expected to provide accurate information in their profiles, deal submissions, and community interactions. Misrepresentation of credentials, deal terms, or investment track record is grounds for immediate removal.
6. Enforcement
Lightbridge reserves the right to investigate potential violations and take action as appropriate, including:
- Issuing a private warning
- Temporarily suspending platform access
- Permanently terminating membership without refund
Decisions regarding enforcement are made at Lightbridge's sole discretion. Members may appeal a suspension or termination by contacting info@lightbridge.co.
